Steve Remsbury is one of our
Joint Managing Directors. Steve took over as Managing Director from his
father Paul in 1996, and became Joint Managing Director in June 2002
with Dave Smith. Steve has now completed twenty years of service, and is primarily responsible for the Sales and Estimating Departments of the company. He is also MD of our subsidiary ductwork manufacturing company, Thames Ducting Limited. Sidney Cubbage has evolved over the years and now offers refrigeration and plumbing services in house, in addition to its high quality building engineering services. |
Paul Remsbury Paul Remsbury is our Chairman and is now semi-retired. Paul is our longest serving employee starting with Sidney Cubbage in 1956. He now spends more time on the golf course than on a construction site, but his knowledge and experience are always invaluable.

Dave Smith Dave Smith is our second Joint
Managing Director. Dave served his apprenticeship within the Contracts
Department of Sidney Cubbage under the guidance of Paul Remsbury. He has now
completed thirty years of service, and is responsible for the Contracts
Department of the company. His contract portfolio includes the
restoration of the fire damaged wing at Hampton Court |

Anne Remsbury Beloved wife of Paul, mother to Steve and Karen, sadly passed away on Saturday 3rd March 2007. Anne was blessed with boundless enthusiasm and was a wonderful and caring woman. She was a true friend to anyone that was lucky enough to have known her. A conscientious and hardworking woman, she worked for the company for twenty years in the Accounts Department of Sidney Cubbage (H&V) Limited and was our Company Secretary. With far more achievements and accomplishments than I could possibly mention here, Anne will be sadly missed by anyone and everyone that knew and loved her.

Roland Simmons
Roland is our Contracts
Manager, and joined the company in 2000. He successfully completed the Pringle Store
project, |
Paul Maidment Paul is our Contracts Manager, and joined the company in 2011. He previously worked for G.H. Marshall and Sharp & Howse and is currently running multiple contracts for the company. |
Euan Boyce Euan is our CAD Draughtsmen, and joined the company in 2009. Fully conversant with the latest versions of AutoCad, he deals with the majority of draughting work for the company. |

Our Site Personnel under Site Supervisor Nigel Gatcombe have predominantly learned their trade with Sidney Cubbage. They also play a mean game of football, so if you think you're up to the challenge? All our Site Foremen have a minimum of ten years of service with the company. Our longest serving site operative has been with the company for 32 years |

Conor Kelly Conor is the latest addition to our team - our Trainee Estimator. He joined the company in September 2010.
|
Sally Smith Sally is our IT Consultant, she joined the company back in July 1992 and married Dave Smith in 1995. Since leaving the company back in July 2000 to have her first baby, she works mainly from home and is on call for any computer problems. She is responsible for the IT requirements within the company. |

Mandy Noble Mandy is our Sales/Bought Ledger & Credit Controller and has been with the company since 1999. |
Kirstine Johnson Kirstine is our Accountant, and joined the company in 2010. She is responsible for the administration department and the group accounts. |
